FOR NO REASON WHATSOEVER
I have no idea why that statement struck me so much. I just read and and for no reason what so ever connected it to what I am doing it now though it is like two different worlds altogether.
Maybe because all I wish is that my kids actually appreciate what I am doing. I don’t need kind words or gifts, all I want is that it is reflected in their work. Sometimes i have no idea whether they really don’t know how to do their work, or they just don’t give a damn. It is extremely depressing. And I have no idea how to remediate that.
